Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your RTF Academy membership at any time. There is no lock-in, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future renewals and auto-debits (card or UPI Autopay mandate) immediately.

2. How to cancel

Email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line Cancel my membership. We process cancellation requests within 24 hours on business days and send you a written confirmation once done. You can also manage your plan from your profile.

3. What happens after you cancel

Your access to courses continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and stops after that. Your account, watch history and learning progress are preserved, so you can rejoin later and continue where you left off. Amounts already paid are not refunded; please see our Refund Policy for details, including the limited exceptions for billing errors.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel or suspend a membership for violation of our Terms of Service, including account sharing or content piracy. In such cases no refund is due.
