Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

Because RTF Academy gives you immediate, full access to digital content the moment you subscribe, payments for memberships – first purchases and renewals alike – are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you request immediate access to the course library and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal exists for digital content, it ends once access begins.

Before you buy

We want you to purchase with confidence. Every course page shows the full curriculum, lesson count, duration, and who the course is for, and our pricing page explains exactly what each plan includes. If you are unsure which plan fits, write to us first at [email protected] and we will help you choose.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time – your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

• Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, or
• Use the subscription management link in any Stripe payment receipt email.

To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal dates are shown in your Stripe receipts.

Billing errors

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and technical billing mistakes are always corrected and refunded in full. If something on your statement looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out promptly.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law of your country grants you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
