Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Fully digital service

RTF Academy sells online courses and digital memberships only. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no courier, shipping charges or delivery address are involved at any point.

2. How your purchase is delivered

Delivery happens electronically and automatically. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your membership is activated on your RTF Academy account and every course included in your plan is unlocked. You will also receive a welcome email with your account details and payment receipt at the email address used during checkout.

3. Delivery timeline

Access is granted instantly after successful payment – in most cases within a few seconds, and at most within 15 minutes. If you have paid and cannot access your courses after 15 minutes, please check your spam folder for the welcome email, or contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Service availability

RTF Academy is available worldwide. Courses are accessed by streaming through your account on our website; no downloads or physical media are provided.
